By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract, or have obtained parental or guardian consent. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Certain services require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to:

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees as outlined in the project proposal, agreement, or invoice. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. WebVirtus reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice to clients.

All intellectual property rights in our services — including content, source code, designs, trademarks, and logos — are owned by or licensed to WebVirtus. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent. Upon full payment, deliverable ownership is transferred to the client as outlined in the project agreement.

Both parties agree to treat all confidential information shared during the project as strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by applicable law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if:

• You violate any of these Terms.
• Payments are not made in a timely manner.
• We determine it necessary to protect our services or other clients.

You may also terminate your use of our services at any time by notifying us in writing. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the termination date.

WebVirtus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold WebVirtus harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
